NEW TYRES

The warranty shall be for the life of the original usable tread pattern or 6 years from the date of manufacture, whichever comes first.

The original usable tread pattern is the original tread pattern down to the level of the tread pattern wear indicators – 1.6 mm of the tread pattern remaining. Original tyre sales invoice is required.

Where the tyre becomes unserviceable due to a condition covered by this warranty, tyresdirect.sg may at its option repair the tyre, supply an equivalent tyre as replacement, reimburse the value of the tyre backed on the remaining tread depth or offer such other form of compensation according to its prevailing commercial policy.

This warranty does not provide compensation for service charges incurred, charges for mounting and balancing, loss of time, loss of us of vehicle, inconvenience or consequential damage insofar as the law permits.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Tyres which become unserviceable under the following circumstances are not covered by this warranty.

• Road hazard injury (e.g. a cut, snag, bruise, impact damage or puncture, whether repairable or not);
• Incorrect mounting of the tyre, tyre/wheel imbalance or improper repair;
• Under-inflation, over-inflation, improper maintenance or other abuse;
• Mechanical irregularity in vehicle such as wheel misalignment resulting in uneven or rapid wear;
• Tyres fitted to or used with incompatible or improper valves, rim or wheel;
• Vehicles which are carrying loads or running at speeds higher than the load and speed index marked on the tyre sidewalls or that recommended for the vehicles;
• Tyres purchased second hand;
• Improper storage;
• Tyre which have not been fitted or used in accordance with the technical recommendations of the manufacturer as published from time to time;
• Accident, fire, chemical explosion, tyre alteration or vandalism;
• Tyres purchased any other sources other than tyresdirect.sg

NEW BATTERIES

This warranty covers batteries that become unusable or unserviceable due to defects in material and/or workmanship. Warranty period commences from date of initial purchase. 

Warranty period is 1 year from purchase date for fuel vehicles and 6 months for diesel vehicles. There is no warranty for industial usage such as powering of generator. 

This warranty covers the tyresdirect.sg product range that are sized properly and used in the application for which it was intended and charged with an approved charging profile.

Proof of purchase and return of good(s) in question must accompany any request for warranty. No exceptions will be accepted.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not apply to batteries that break or fail due to abuse or neglect such as: 

• Incorrect or under specified battery type fitted to vehicle/application. 
• Charge system problem/incorrect charging creating an over-charge or under-charge situation. 
• Prolonged storage of the car or very minimal use. 
• Deep discharge applications (heavy accessory loads etc). 
• Electrical faults, Shorts, Excessive loads and loose wiring . 
• Damage to the battery caused by the consumer or other in-car and/or application fault. 
• Any battery modifications such as acid additives, lead terminal changes, or any other contaminates

NEW SPORT WHEELS

Structural

All sport wheels sold by tyresdirect.sg are warranted against structural manufacturing defects for 3 years. This warranty is void if wheel shows signs of impact damage. Also void if wheel is altered in any way, including, but not limited to: Disassembly of multi-piece wheels, painting, chroming, polishing, machining, or drilling by any third party. 

Finish

Wheel finish is warranted against finish manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of purchase.

This warranty is void if finish deterioration is caused by outside influence including wheel cleaners, impact damage including stone or road debris impact, improper balance weights, improper mounting, or any other influence at the sole discretion of tyresdirect.sg
